Hello once again friends! We know many of you have been waiting to book a room for your Halcy-Con visit until you hear updates from us. After communicating with our hotel partners we can officially confirm that there will be no further room block rooms available for Halcy-con 2024. We know that this will be disappointing for some of you, and for that we truly are sorry. We’re learning a lot from this Halcy-Con that will help us in the future!
While there will be no more room block rooms, there are still rooms available at our Halcy-Con event hotel, the Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center Celebration! We still encourage attendees to stay at the hotel, as it’ll put you closer to the fun and action that is Halcy-con without having to deal with the nightmare that can be Orlando/Kissimmee traffic!
Lastly, we understand there’s been a lot of talk about the Halcy-Con Homecoming mixer. Due to the promise we initially made to our attendees, only those who were able to obtain a room block room will be permitted to attend the mixer. It’s a tough decision that had to be made, but much like the Captain’s Table onboard the Halcyon it will be a limited attendance event. We appreciate all of you who booked in the room blocks, and those of you who tried to get in as well! Your support has done so much for the event and we can’t thank you enough!
