Brand Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in using the Halcy-Con logo and brand. Before proceeding, please review and adhere to the following guidelines to ensure consistent and appropriate use of our brand identity.

Ownership and Representation

The Halcy-Con logo is the intellectual property of Starship Aurora, LLC, the creator of Halcy-Con. It may not be used as an official representation of Halcy-Con or any of its affiliated entities without explicit permission. The brand consists of the following:

• The logo described as circular with the stylized letters “CON” and the O has lines coming out above and below it
• The logo with the stylized text “HALCY-CON” or “Halcy-Con”
• The tagline, “A 2-Day Event by the Superfans, for the Superfans”
• The tagline, “To Gather As One”
• Other stylized and unique designs

Commercial Use

Under no circumstances should the Halcy-Con logo or brand be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to the sale of merchandise or promotional items featuring the branding, without explicit prior written authorization.

Usage Guidelines

All uses of the Halcy-Con logo or brand must adhere to these Brand Usage Guidelines as well as the Logo Usage Guidelines. These guidelines must be strictly followed to maintain the integrity of the brand identity.

Association with Other Brands

The Halcy-Con logo or brand should not be associated with any Disney, Lucasfilm, or any other brand properties. This includes but is not limited to using the logo in conjunction with characters, themes, or intellectual property owned by these entities.

Alteration and Modification

The Halcy-Con logo or brand may not be altered, modified, or distorted in any way that affects its legibility, clarity, or overall appearance. This includes changing to non-approved colors, proportions, or adding additional elements, without explicit prior written authorization.

Placement and Sizing

When using the Halcy-Con logo, ensure that it is displayed prominently and legibly. Avoid scaling the logo to a size where it becomes unclear or difficult to read.  Please refer to the Logo Usage Guidelines for additional information.

Color

This is the event’s approved primary colorset.

Attribution

Proper attribution must be given when using the Halcy-Con logo in any promotional materials, publications, or online platforms. This includes acknowledging Halcy-Con as the source of the logo.

Unauthorized Use:

Any unauthorized use of the Halcy-Con logo may result in legal action. Halcy-Con reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Approval Process

If you wish to use the Halcy-Con logo for any purpose not explicitly covered by these guidelines, please contact us to get started for approval before proceeding.

By using the Halcy-Con logo, you agree to abide by these guidelines and any additional instructions provided by Halcy-Con. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the revocation of permission to use the logo and possibly legal action.
