Ticket Policy
Please remember to bring your photo ID when picking up your badge. If a duplicate name is presented and has already checked in, entry will be denied. Starship Aurora LLC and the event staff are not responsible for any issues related to ticket manipulation or fraud. By receiving or transferring tickets, you accept all associated risks, and it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure the validity of your ticket.
Badge transfer requests can be submitted up until September 29, 2024, at Midnight ET. After this date, no further transfer requests will be processed. However, you may pick up your badge in person and hand it to someone else, as badges will not have any personally identifiable information on them.
Please take care of your badge, as we are unable to offer replacements in the event of loss or damage or any incident.
