Event Badge Sale FAQ!

Here’s what you need to know before the Legacy Passenger (General Admission) event badge sale on Feb 7th!

  • When do Legacy Passenger (General Admission) badges go on sale? Saturday, Feb 7 at 12pm EST
  • Where do I go at that time? Our Shop/Badges page (click this link)
  • Do you have a guide to the checkout process? We sure do! Check out this blog post from January 27 that walks through the checkout process step-by-step.
  • I see a “Login” link on the halcy-con.com site. Do I need to create a site account to buy badges? Not at all, but you may want to do so! While the Event Team itself does not use the site users’ accounts in any way, attendees who create a site account before or during checkout can easily sign in to retrieve their badge pickup QR codes if for any reason they lose their original badge confirmation email.  That said, you are absolutely able to check out as a site guest.
  • Is there a recommended browser? All browsers work with the checkout system but some people report faster site refreshes using Firefox and Edge than with Chrome.
  • How many 2026 event badges can I purchase? You may purchase up to six 2026 Legacy Passenger event badges per transaction.
  • Do I need to enter a different Attendee Email for each badge I purchase? You will be prompted to enter an “Attendee Email” for each badge you purchase. While you can enter the same email for multiple badges, the Attendee Emails you enter is how the Event Team will be sending useful real-world and fun in-universe communications with attendees in the months leading up to the event, so be sure to enter a UNIQUE email for each badgeholder you wish to receive these communications.
  • Are additional Starlight Reserve badges going to be on sale on 02/07? Legacy Passenger badges will be available on 02/07. Starlight Reserve badges are sold out.
