– Merchant acceptance emails to be sent out on May 20th 2026
– While not required to make up your entire vendor inventory,  Galactic Starcruiser and/or Galaxy’s Edge-inspired items are a requirement to vend and will increase your chances of being selected. (All other things being equal between two vendors, the vendor with the higher number of Galactic Starcruiser and/or Galaxy’s Edge-inspired items will be selected.)

Application and Vendor Rules:

• You must sell only things you or a member of your shop has made (no reselling)
• Use of generative AI is prohibited
• We are a family event, please keep that in mind with your submissions
• Halcy-Con reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor without explanation
• By submitting your work/vendor booth to Halcy-Con you certify that all items to be sold of your own creation and are not purchased or plagiarized
• Chandrila Vacation Club and Starship Aurora logos are not to be used on items for sale in the Marketplace
• The cost of a vendor space is $100, will be collected upon acceptance
• All accepted merchants (and any assistants working their table) must also purchase Halcy-Con event badges
• Applying to Halcy-Con in no way guarantees acceptance
