HAILING ALL CREATIVES

One of the many things we’ve all learned on this journey is that a voyage amongst the stars can inspire boundless creativity. This year Exhibitions are back as the Antiquity Collection at Halcy-Con and it will be the perfect place to showcase your creativity.  

The Antiquity Collection will be the hub of the Event for all galactic antiquities and objects of interest created by YOU, our amazing Attendees! Previously we saw custom Starcruiser action figures, hand crafted lightsabers, art of our beloved ship, recreations of objects from the Starcruiser, and much more. This year we hope to see even MORE unique creations! If you’ve made (or plan to make) something that you think is “out of this world” and want to share with the community, we want to see it as a part of our Antiquity Collection. 

Galactic Starcruiser and Black Spire Outpost should be used as your inspiration. If your creation would be welcomed by Luthen Rael, Dok-Ondar or the purveyor of the Chandrila Collection, we want it in the Antiquity Collection!  

Whether you’re a first-time exhibitor or a returning all-star, we can’t wait to see what you bring!

KEY DATES:

• Submissions Open: 07/01/25 – 09/01/25 (or until the Antiquity Collection reaches maximum capacity)
• Status Check: 10/01/25
• Item Completion: 10/14/25
• Item Delivery: 10/15/25 (time to follow)

GENERAL GUIDELINES & INFORMATION FOR SUBMISSION

• Creations must be one-of-a-kind and NOT sold in the event Marketplace. Accepted creations may be SOLD by the Creator during the event. A piece on display that is available to purchase will be marked as such in the Antiquity Collection. A process to purchase will be made available before Halcy-Con and the item will be marked “sold” once it is. Items must remain on display until 5pm Saturday, October 18th. Creations do NOT need to be sold to be displayed in The Antiquity Collection.
• The submitted piece does not need to be completed at the time the form is submitted.
• Be specific in your submission, including by not limited to : dimensions of object, weight of object (if being hung on a wall), how the item should be displayed, is your item for sale, etc. The more information we have to access the better. Halcy-Con may be limited/restricted by the Event venue, so conversation via email may be needed.
• Items deemed created with Generative AI (similar to ChatGPT and Midjourney) will NOT be accepted.
