The "Event Dates" in the booking links are actually check-in / check-out dates
Halcy-Con runs from Oct 15-17, with doors opening for the first activity at 6pm on Oct 15 and the final activity scheduled to end at 10pm on Oct 17. The venue’s default booking links show “Event Dates” as Oct 15-18 because hotels calculate days as check-in / check-out dates.
I want to extend my room block stay before and/or after the event dates
A limited number of rooms have been allocated to the block for the nights of Wednesday October 14 & Sunday October 18. If this Wed/Sun allocation sells out the Group Housing Coordinator will be able to assist adding these dates to existing Halcy-Con room block reservations (as hotel inventory allows).
I want to modify or update my room block reservation (extend reservation dates, request accessible room, etc)...who can assist with this?

When making a reservation, do I need to specify the names of the people staying in the room?
If you wish to purchase the room block-exclusive themed breakfast option for Oct 16-17 when it becomes available, please be sure to specify the number of people staying in the room. This is how we know how many people in each room will be eligible to purchase the themed breakfast option.
