The Halcy-Con official room block has reached capacity but guests are able to check the current status of the Halcy-Con room block through Hilton Reservations at 1-800-222-TREE (8733) using the special rate codes HN5 for the standard rate and HK5 for the rate with breakfast.
The "Event Dates" in the booking links are actually check-in / check-out dates
Halcy-Con runs from Oct 16-18, with doors opening for the first activity at 6pm on Oct 16 and the final activity scheduled to end at 10pm on Oct 18. The venue’s booking links show “Event Dates” as Oct 16-19 because hotels calculate days as check-in / check-out dates.
I want to extend my room block stay before and/or after the event dates
A limited number of rooms have been allocated to the block for Wednesday October 15 & Sunday October 19. If this Wed/Sun allocation sells out the Group Housing Coordinator will be able to assist adding these dates to existing Halcy-Con room block reservations (as hotel inventory allows).
I want to modify or update my room block reservation (extend reservation dates, add breakfast option, request accessible room, etc)...who can assist with this?

Does the venue require a deposit to make a room block reservation?
As is customary for many event room blocks, the venue does require a 1-day deposit. You will receive an email confirmation when your reservation is completed, and the venue may take up to 72 hours to process the initial deposit.
When making a reservation, do I need to specify the names of the people staying in the room?
You only need to specify the name and contact info for the person(s) that will be picking up the room keys.
I am reserving a room with the breakfast buffet option. How do I make sure every person staying in the room gets breakfast vouchers each day?
When making a reservation with the breakfast buffet option, it is important to specify the number of people that will be staying in the room. Simply click the “Edit Stay” link when specifying your stay dates and you will be able to specify the number of people staying in the room. The breakfast buffet option is $15 per person, per day (50% off the regular price of $30). If you forgot to update the number of guests in the room when you were making the reservation, simply contact the Group Housing Coordinator prior to your arrival to assist.
