We are designing the Halcy-Con trilogy finale event around attendees never having to leave the host venue and event spaces. And there’s no better way to maximize the immersion AND help the event than staying in the official room block onsite!
Where & When
The room block link will be posted on halcy-con.com at 12pm EST on Saturday, Feb 21, 2026. Go to the Attend main menu and select the Travel & Hotel option.
Room Types
Three room types will be available (while supplies last): 2 Queen Beds, 1 King Bed, and 1 King Bed-Universal View. Each night costs $155 plus taxes and fees.

It is essential for attendees to support the official room block to allow this event to proceed, and as a special THANK YOU there are both real-world and in-event perks!

TIP: When making your room block reservation, be sure to specify the number of people staying in the room. When the room block-exclusive themed breakfast option goes on sale, we will be using the room block reports from the venue to determine how many of the breakfasts each room block holder may purchase for each day.
Selecting Dates
- For everyone’s convenience, the room block site is automatically set for stays arriving on Thurs Oct 15 and departing Sun Oct 18.
- If desired, you can also select an arrival date of Wed Oct 14 and/or departure date of Mon Oct 19.

Why Is Staying In The Room Block So Important?
To get access an incredible amount of top-level event space like this, Event Managers have to guarantee the venue two things: a large number of guest rooms that will be booked by attendees and a very large minimum Food & Beverage purchase that attendees will purchase in the show spaces. Staying at the venue but outside of the official room block or buying food/drinks at the venue but outside show spaces does not count toward these minimums. Any empty rooms in the block or unpurchased food & beverage under the minimum must be paid out of event funds which can very significantly hinder an event. Your support really matters!
Q: Is it OK if I don’t stay onsite at the venue?
A: We can’t imagine staying aboard the Halcyon and having to go offsite each night and travel back in the morning but we know everyone’s needs are different! The optimal experience will be achieved by staying at the venue, but an amazing experience awaits no matter where you stay. We can’t wait to see you in October!
