NEW IN 2026! TWO Ways to Volunteer!

• BEFORE and AFTER the event (Teal Team): These pre-and-post event tasks are things like event setup on Wednesday (Oct 14), event setup and attendee badge pickup on Thursday (Oct 15) and event tear-down on Saturday night (Oct 17).
• DURING the event (CSL Security / Passenger Services): This is the way to volunteer DURING the event itself. Volunteers during the event play important in-universe roles aboard the Starship Aurora and Port of Call. These include:
  • CSL Security: tasks such as patrol the event areas, staff the CSL Security Desk and guard the brig (but not TOO closely). This is purely a story-enhancing role and involves no real-world security tasks.
  • Passenger Services: tasks such as staff the main Passenger Services area on the Aurora, answering questions, handing out redemption items for completed tasks.

Important Information:

• Eligibility: All volunteers must be at least 18 years old at the time of the event. Please ensure you meet this requirement before applying.
• Credentials: Every volunteer will receive official credentials to wear during their assigned shifts, ensuring you’re recognized as part of our team.
• Availability: While completing this form shows your interest, it does not guarantee a volunteer position. We appreciate your willingness to help and will contact you if you are selected.
