- You must sell only things you or a member of your shop has made (no reselling)
- Use of generative AI is prohibited
- We are a family event, please keep that in mind with your submissions
- Halcy-Con reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor without explanation
- By submitting your work/vendor booth to Halcy-Con you certify that all items to be sold of your own creation and are not purchased or plagiarized
- Applying to Halcy-Con in no way guarantees acceptance
