Submissions for tables in the Halcy-Con Vendor Room close on Monday, April 29. All accepted artists & makers will be notified on Friday, May 10. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact our Vendor, Artist & Exclusives Coordinator, Constance Eza, by using our contact form and selecting “Artist or Vendor Coordination”.
The attendee voting to determine what content submissions will be accepted at Halcy-Con is scheduled from May 11 to May 25. With over 100+ total content submissions, we cannot possibly accommodate them all this year. The event team has removed some submissions from the voting phase for various logistical, legal, safety, or other concerns. We must ask your understanding if for any reason your submission is not approved to advance to the voting stage.
To vote, each attendee will be required to enter the email that was assigned to their specific badge, either at time of purchase or added later. Each email address will be allowed to vote only once. A new classification of event content, “Exhibits”, will be opening up for submissions between 04/20 – 05/21. We will be releasing full information on this new content type shortly, but think of it as museum-style exhibits rather than panels or presentations given to an audience of attendees.
