Badging
A quick reminder about attendee badges: your badge will not have your name on it.
Instead, we’ll be providing a fun “My Name Is” type of sticky label that you can write your name—or even your character’s name if you choose. Go ahead, be you or become your alter ego!
Volunteers
To all our fantastic volunteers: thank you!
Everyone who submitted a request to volunteer has been assigned a role! We’ll be releasing the volunteer schedule on September 20, but please note that it’s still in flux and will remain flexible until we finalize the programming (also releasing on 9/20). It’s gonna be a BIG day!
To stay organized, we’re asking all volunteers to download Discord on your mobile device. We’ll be setting you up in a dedicated channel to chat, coordinate shifts, do last-minute shift swaps, and more.
