Your ticket provides access to all general activities, including special nighttime events, happening October 16-18, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton, at the Entrance to Universal Orlando.

What’s Included in General admission Badges:
Your Halcy-Con ticket/badge provides access to:
• Panels & Discussions: Attend inspiring talks and engaging discussions led by experts, fans, and creators.
• Community Meetups: Connect with like-minded attendees through themed gatherings and interactive sessions.
• Vendor Marketplace: Explore unique merchandise, art, and collectibles from talented creators.
• Exhibitions: Immerse yourself in fan-created art and displays celebrating creativity and fandom.
• Nighttime Activities: including a Launch Party: Step into a galaxy of excitement and celebration as Halcy-Con 2025 officially launches, a Gala Evening: Dress to impress for a night of elegance and entertainment and a Celebration Party: Dance, laugh, and cap off your day in style.

Please note: Special experiences announced later, may require an additional cost. These are completely optional, and your General Admission ticket ensures an amazing Halcy-Con experience without them.

Every Marketplace Merchant Table must be operated solely by registered attendees with Marketplace Merchant / Assistant Badges (purchased separately). By purchasing a Merchant table, you agree to our Policies.
ADD-ON: Grimmoire Productions Immersive Experience

Halcy-Con has joined forces with Grimmoire Productions (Director, Vivien Grimm) for a unique, four-hour Immersive Experience to be held 12-4pm on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando (5780 Major Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819). This Immersive Experience is limited to 40 participants and a Halcy-Con 2025 event badge (sold separately) is required to participate in addition to the Immersive Experience ticket available on this page (while supplies last, limited to 2 tickets per order). Grimmoire Productions, LLC reserves the right to cancel this Experience at any time with no prior notice. If this Experience is cancelled, all ticket purchases will be promptly refunded less any non-refundable ticketing system fees. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our Policies.
